Job Requirements
Proven experience in a product marketing role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
Strong track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market plans.
Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex features into clear, compelling customer benefits.
Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and competitive intelligence.
Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle and marketing campaign management.
Experience creating diverse marketing collateral.
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Ability to conduct and synthesize quantitative and qualitative customer research, translating insights into actionable strategies.
Experience influencing product roadmaps based on market needs and customer feedback.
A proactive, results-oriented approach with a strong bias for action.

Go-to-Market Strategy
Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans for new products and features.
Collaborate closely with product management and sales to define target segments and validate market opportunities.
Positioning & Messaging
Create and refine compelling, benefit-driven messaging and positioning grounded in customer insights.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
Conduct in-depth research and competitor analysis to identify trends, shape strategy, and provide actionable insights.
Sales Enablement
Equip the sales team with the tools, training, and content needed to effectively communicate value and close deals.
Content & Campaign Creation
Collaborate with marketing to design and deliver targeted campaigns and engaging content that drives awareness and demand.
Customer Advocacy
Serve as the voice of the customer, incorporating feedback into product development and ensuring products deliver meaningful value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner across product, sales, engineering, and customer success to align on product vision and market strategy.
Pricing Strategy
Contribute to defining and analysing pricing strategies to maximise adoption, growth, and profitability.
