Senior Product Marketing Manager
65- 85k + benefits depending on experience

We're working with a PE-backed Healthtech leader at a critical stage of growth. With an established market presence, a portfolio of innovative products, this organisation is on a mission to transform lives through technology.
As their first dedicated Product Marketing hire, you will:

• Build product marketing from the ground up - creating positioning, messaging, and value propositions that cut through.
• Arm the sales team with professional collateral (decks, case studies) that shift the conversation from features to outcomes.
• Partner with leadership on brand architecture and go-to-market strategy for a major new product.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Revenue Operations to align strategy and execution.
• Be both strategic and hands-on - a trusted partner to the CMO while also delivering tactical impact quickly.

What we're looking for:

• Proven B2B tech/SaaS marketing experience, ideally across multi-product portfolios.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
• Strong stakeholder credibility - able to work closely with product and sales, and present confidently to senior leadership.
• Resilience, proactivity, and excitement about building from a blank slate.
• Purpose-driven mindset - motivated by making a tangible difference in people's lives through technology.
