We're looking for a bold and energetic
Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team
and help reimagine how we tell our product stories to the market. This role is all about building top-of-the-funnel awareness that captures attention, cut through complexity and communicates the value of our solutions in a modern and compelling way.

What you'll Own
Owning top of funnel messaging and assets.
Across lines of business (SMBs, Enterprise and Platforms) and product portfolios, bringing clarity, differentiation and modern tone to our product story. Dare to be different! This includes things like, product narrative, landing page, brochures, explainer videos, awareness campaign messaging and more.
Storytelling.
You are familiar creating compelling positioning and messaging that speaks to our users' needs. You use a journalistic approach to find the story behind our technical products and turn them into client-facing narratives focusing on positioning, benefits, differentiation and use cases.
Promoting our capabilities.
Launch new/enhanced products as well as promote existing capabilities to shift brand perception and drive awareness. Define and create foundational content.
Collaborating with GTM, Product and Marketing teams
and act as a bridge to bring alignment and drive consensus in a complex matrix organization while always pushing for modern, bold, creative expression to showcase Worldpay as a top global player where payments and technology meet. Become a trusted go-to person in product marketing to help other teams achieve their goals.
Keeping a pulse on market practices
to maintain our messages fresh and future-forward.
Getting involved in a range of initiatives as business dictates.
What you bring
Bachelor's in business, marketing or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
A bias for action.
You are not just an original thinker, you are a doer.
Proven hands-on experience in fintech or B2B tech (5+years),
ideally in a product marketing or content role.
Your love for storytelling.
You have a portfolio of content/ examples that show how you translate technical information into simplified, customer-centric content. You have experience in visual and written communications.
A modern mindset.
You think in terms of narrative, journeys and digital format.
Collaborative and assertive.
You know how to bring people along without losing creative edge.
Strong editorial judgement.
You know what makes a story land. You like what AI can do but believe great language, tone and storytelling still make the difference between generic and great.
