Role Summary
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to partner with the Global Head of Product Marketing in driving high-impact initiatives, with a primary focus on Alternatives--particularly within private markets. This role will be instrumental in shaping and executing go-to-market strategies, refining product messaging, and driving sales enablement for one of the firm's most critical growth areas.
As a global, cross-functional position, the role will collaborate closely with colleagues in Product Development, Sales, Investment Management, and Marketing across regions to build awareness, enhance engagement, and accelerate the adoption of our product offerings through cohesive and targeted marketing efforts.
The responsibilities of the individual in this position include:
Product Marketing Strategy & PositioningDriving the implementation of global product marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving growth across institutional and wealth channels. Contributing to the development and refinement of distinct product positioning, messaging, and value propositions, tailored to diverse client segments and regional market dynamics. Implementing go-to-market strategy for alternatives initiatives, collaborating closely with Product, Investment Management, and Distribution teams.

Content Development & Collateral ManagementCreating and managing a suite of global marketing collateral including pitch decks, fund brochures, factsheets, one-pagers, and thought leadership pieces. Supporting high-profile private markets pitches, RFIs, and RFPs, by delivering tailored content and strategic input to support business development efforts.

Channel Marketing & Campaign ExecutionDriving the production and distribution of marketing content through appropriate global and regional channels, including digital, events, social, and email. Collaborating with regional marketing teams to adapt global materials for local use, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across markets.

Research & InsightsConducting market and competitor research to inform strategy and identify opportunities for positioning and engagement. Measuring and optimising the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through data-driven insights and performance metrics.

Regulatory & Compliance AlignmentPartnering with compliance and legal teams to ensure all content adheres to regulatory requirements in relevant jurisdictions.

Regulatory & Business ConductDisplaying exemplary conduct and living by our organisations Code of Conduct. Taking personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct across the business. Effectively and collaboratively identifying, escalating, mitigating and resolving risk, conduct and compliance

The successful candidate will have extensive demonstrable skills and experiences including the following:Relevant BSC/BA (Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or a related field) or equivalent experience / qualification. Significant experience in financial services marketing, ideally within an asset or investment management firm. Demonstrated experience in marketing alternative investments, with a strong emphasis on private markets, is highly desirable. Proven expertise in planning, executing, and measuring a variety of integrated marketing campaigns. Strong track record of managing cross-functional projects, with excellent relationship-building, planning, and organisational skills. Willingness and ability to operate in a global capacity, including collaboration across time zones and regions. Confident stakeholder management with the ability to influence at all levels. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.. Solid understanding of financial promotions and regulatory compliance. Strong time management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proven expertise in planning, executing, and measuring a variety of integrated marketing campaigns. * Strong track record of managing cross-functional projects, with excellent relationship-building, planning, and organisational skills.
