? What we're looking for
TransferRoom is at a critical point, as we look to launch several new products to market and take ownership of a larger part of the overall transfer process.
To ensure this is successful, we're looking to hire a new Product Marketing Manager to the team, to own the full GTM strategy and execution of several exciting product lines.
You will be working in the heart of the business at the intersection of marketing, product, data, sales and customer success. You will be a subject matter expert when it comes to communicating our product and features, and aligning the business around campaigns and everything that comes with this.

? What you'll be doing
Own GTM motion for several product lines
TransferRoom is on a journey, evolving from a single platform business to a multi-product business. As such, we need a brilliant product marketer to own several new product lines, working closely with our commercial teams to win new business and expand revenue streams. This will be done through multi-channel GTM campaigns and setting up every stakeholder for success.
Be the voice of the customer
With so much momentum, we need to deepen our understanding of our ICP & various customer personas.
What are their problems, what is the Total Addressable Market, where are market opportunities, who are key competitors etc.
You must be comfortable spending time with customers, understanding them and distilling these insights into value messaging, product roadmap guidance, success stories and more.
Iterative approach to growth
We use a lot of channels to communicate with our audience groups but there are plenty more that we could leverage.
We need someone curious and data-driven, who can test their assumptions and evaluate results with the company's goals in mind. We want someone to be inventive, take calculated risks and adopt an iterative approach to their GTM strategy.
Be a project leader
Product marketing is the handover point between tech and commercial. As such, you need to be a leader with your projects, showing strong skills in internal communication, project management, cross-department collaboration and holding stakeholders accountable on both sides of the business.
