:About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use): 11Product Owner - Digital ToolsGrade Level (for internal use): 11About the RoleWe are seeking a Product Owner to manage and optimize our Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) application, Aha!. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting Product Managers and business stakeholders. Your main responsibilities will include enhancing visibility for Aha!, equipping Product Managers with the necessary tools for success, ensuring they utilize the tool effectively, and managing a portfolio of low-code platforms to guarantee that our users have a top-notch experience. This position is key to improving our processes and delivering the best possible user experience.This role differs from a traditional Product Owner position. You will focus on managing the application's configuration and administration, promoting user adoption, and designing/implementing workflows that fit our Product Managers' needs. You will also monitor engagement metrics, suggest improvements to workflows, collaborate with teams for smooth platform integration, and work with vendors for updates and enhancements. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in shaping the long-term strategy for how Product Managers use the tool.The TeamYou will be an integral member of the Digital Product Management Team, a dynamic group dedicated to driving innovation, enhancing efficiency, and elevating the user experience across Commodity Insight. In this collaborative environment, you will work closely with Product Managers, PMO, and key business stakeholders to enhance the functionality of Aha!. Your role will involve require technical expertise and the ability to foster strong relationships across departments to ensure that the tool meets the diverse needs of its users. By actively engaging with team members and stakeholders, you will help shape the user experience and drive adoption, ultimately contributing to the overall success of our product initiatives. You have experience working with senior stakeholders and can define a strategic roadmap for tool adoption and improvement.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Tool Ownership & Optimization

  • Take ownership of the administration, configuration, and long-term strategy for the Aha! and other low-code platforms. Serve as the primary point of contact for management and support, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction
  • Drive user adoption and engagement, ensuring Product Managers maximize the tool's capabilities.
  • Develop and track KPIs such as adoption rates, reduction in manual processes, and improvements in Product Manager efficiency.
  • Design and refine workflows to streamline processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and long-term product strategies.
  • Act as the primary advocate for the tool, working with leadership to align its use with broader business goals.
  • Work with vendors to implement feature requests, resolve issues, and ensure maximum ROI on tool investment.
  • Manage onboarding and permissions, ensuring appropriate access control and a seamless user experience.
  • Lead cross-functional working groups to establish and refine best practices for PDLC processes.
  • Support potential integrations with external systems such as Azure DevOps (ADO) to enhance efficiency.
  • Report on adoption and effectiveness, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
User Engagement & Training
  • Educate Product Managers and stakeholders on best practices and tool capabilities.
  • Develop training materials, documentation, and user guides to facilitate onboarding, including live and virtual training sessions and workshops.
  • Conduct demos and presentations to showcase improvements and best practices.
  • Gather feedback from users, iterating on workflows and processes to improve usability and ensure continuous improvement.
About You: Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and lifecycle management, especially with Aha!
  • Proven experience with workflow automation and low-code/no-code tools.
  • Vendor management experience, including negotiating feature requests and managing tool investments.
  • Familiarity with administering and configuring SaaS tools to meet business needs.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience tracking and reporting on tool adoption and efficiency.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior leadership to drive tool adoption and process improvements.
  • Comfortable leading cross-functional collaboration with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
  • Experience in defining and implementing best practices within a team or organization.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to shape long-term plans for enterprise tooling and workflow efficiencies.
