The Chief Security Office (CSO) is an enabling platform which provides Group wide security services, guardrails and capabilities to enable Business Platforms and the wider Group to keep our customers, colleagues and data safe against Cyber threats and all security risks. We\'re reimagining our approach to security, putting our colleagues and customers at the heart of what we do and using the newest technology to provide an excellent experience with safety at its heart. The Enterprise Security Direction hub\'s purpose is to provide enterprise-level security direction for others to follow, to ensure they change and run their areas in line with the group strategy, reference architecture, and tooling maps. As our Product Owner you will be responsible for four key areas, Enterprise Security Strategy, Enterprise Security Architecture, Enterprise Security Tech Solutions & Tooling Maps & Enterprise Security Technology Exploration. In addition you will:

Maintain and embed a modern and ambitious security strategy that enables the business, embraces changes in technology, tackles the emerging challenges in the threat landscape and ensures that it will help us meet the needs of our customers.

You will put the security and privacy of our customers and their data at the forefront of everything we do

Act as a focal point and centre of excellence for strategic security matters relating to CSO

Be a key player in supporting the Group\'s governance frameworks and processes

Make a significant improvement on short-term/ long-term business performance by recommending authoritative technical and/ or professional solutions

Define and lead Group Security Architecture framework, including capabilities, technical reference architecture and interlocks with our wider set of Group Security Controls and Risks.

Develop functional and operational policies and participate in developing policy frameworks for area of responsibility, creating underlying procedures and monitoring their implementation within the organisation

We would like you to possess the following:

A strategic mindset with the ability to shape security strategy and influence senior stakeholders across the business

Excellent communication skills and the ability to proactively engage with partners at all levels of the business

The ability to build and support effective relationships with senior colleagues across the Group

Resilience when faced with conflicting priorities

Understanding and being abreast of changes in Technology and how this will impact the security of the Group

A keen interest in security innovation and the ability to generate ideas on how the Group can adopt new technologies and tools to further strengthen its security posture
