Efficio's Product & Engineering team is an internal function of 60+ people driving innovation in the high-potential e-Procurement space. They are responsible for the development of software and data solutions and tools that enable our consulting teams to deliver better and faster outcomes to our customers. Product & Engineering is pivotal to scaling our business and services and comprises specialised teams in Applications Development, Data Services, AI and Infrastructure.

We're hiring a Product Owner to help shape the future of a high-impact digital platform used by global enterprise clients.

You'll join a cross-functional development squad working on a complex B2B product ecosystem, with a clear mission: translate user needs into features that drive real business value and make sure they're built, built well, and built on time.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on clarity, accountability, and delivery excellence. You'll work closely with developers, UX designers, and product leadership to deliver well-scoped, technically sound, and user-friendly solutions at pace.

What will you be doing?

Lead end-to-end delivery for a cross-functional dev squad, from shaping features to sprint execution Write clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria and real user value Collaborate closely with developers, UX designers, data teams, and stakeholders Manage sprint velocity, QA planning, dependencies, and blockers to keep delivery on track Translate complex ideas into well-defined tickets and challenge vague requirements early Use tools like Jira, Figma, or similar to manage workflows and ensure clarity Thrive in an agile environment and stay curious about new ways of working, including AI-enhanced product workflows
