Due to business growth, we are looking for a committed, personable individual to join our team as a

Product Owner.

This is an exciting new position in our leadership team where you will be responsible for a new and innovative digital product for children and young people's mental health services, as well as supporting the wider business brand with new and existing products.


Part of Acacium Group, Xyla Health & Wellbeing is one of the fastest growing, and the team are dedicated to making the UK's local communities healthier. We help people to understand and take control of their own health through sustained behaviour change, transforming lives for the better through weight management, quit smoking services, diabetes services, cardiovascular disease prevention and health coaching & social prescribing.



About the Role




In this role, you will:

Set the vision for the product alongside the divisional leads and subsequently own the product strategies Act as primary liaison for your product with the wider team, communicate milestones and ensure Operations Team have clear narrative to communicate with clients. Work with the Squad 'leaders' (Senior Product Manager, Product Delivery Manager, Lead Developer, Workstream leaders) to ensure they are driving their specific agenda in line with product strategy Analyse data, usage statistics and feedback to gain user insight - working appropriate insights into future iterations


What You'll Bring



Product Owner experience, delivering solutions for complex products Hands on experience of iterative product development lifecycle. Ability to work closely with various stakeholders on a granular level to align & drive work A confident and adaptable ethos towards work You have experience developing use cases/user stories that deliver against the Product Strategy and can demonstrate a working knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodology (or other iterative methodologies) You have experience of wireframes to communicate expected feature interaction, as well as working with UX/UI designers to produce detailed designs You can manage and prioritise large sets of requirements and break these down into iterative steps (focusing delivery on the most valuable step first)
