Job Role
As the SaaS Product Owner for Mobile Device Management (MDM) and eSIM, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our device connectivity and management solutions. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, UX, regulatory, and commercial teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly products that support decentralized and hybrid clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and prioritize the product backlog for MDM and eSIM capabilities within our SaaS platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
Lead the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Partner with ODMs and internal teams to manage eSIM provisioning, remote device configuration, and connectivity.
Ensure seamless integration of MDM features with clinical trial workflows, including device enrollment, remote monitoring, and data security.
Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Stay current with industry trends in mobile technology, connectivity, and clinical trial regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in SaaS, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or telecom.
Strong understanding of Mobile Device Management platforms and eSIM technologies including global roaming solutions.
Familiarity with GxP compliance, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Experience managing a team of Product Managers
Bonus Points
Experience with decentralized clinical trials (DCTs) or digital health platforms.
Knowledge of device logistics, global connectivity challenges, and remote support models.
Technical background or ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams.
Experience working in a fast paced scale-up environment
Passion for emerging tech and innovation
Understanding of medical device regulatory frameworks (e.g., MDR, FDA) and/or clinical workflows

Pay: 75,000.00-85,000.00 per year
