The Role



We are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of Self-Service Analytics solutions, with a strong emphasis on leveraging Generative AI (GenAI). In this role, you will own the product vision and roadmap, working closely with stakeholders to deliver innovative, AI-powered tools that enable teams across Online and Betting Unit of FDJ United to independently explore, analyse, and act on data insights.



As the Product Owner for Self-Service Analytics, you will advocate for the product, ensuring alignment with business objectives and a seamless user experience. This is a strategic role that requires a blend of technical understanding, stakeholder management, and product ownership expertise, with a focus on harnessing GenAI to enhance self-service analytics capabilities at FDJ United.



Key Responsibilities


Act as the primary driver for identifying significant opportunities in self-service analytics, shaping the product vision, strategies, and roadmaps in alignment with FDJ United goals and strategy, with a strong focus on GenAI powered solutions. Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative AI driven tools and platforms, ensuring a seamless and impactful user experience. Drive product development in collaboration with engineers and key stakeholders, while ensuring team engagement and alignment with the product vision. Maximise efficiency in a constantly evolving environment by embracing flexibility and fostering creative, AI-enhanced, data-driven solutions. Ensure self-service analytics tools comply with data governance, privacy, and security standards, collaborating with relevant teams to maintain integrity. Proactively align product development with FDJ United and Automation and Insights' team objectives, ensuring a measurable contribution to business outcomes. Advocate for and enable stakeholders by providing education, training, and resources to maximise adoption and effective use of self-service analytics tools. Explore and incorporate emerging technologies, including Generative AI, into self-service analytics tools to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Continuously improve the user experience and stakeholder satisfaction by integrating data, monitoring, and usability studies into product requirements, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and informing future improvements. Monitor the performance and impact of tools post-launch, using insights to iteratively improve features and functionality. Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation, encouraging the team to explore new ideas and validate hypotheses and push the boundaries of AI-enabled self-service analytics.
Skills and Experience You Will Bring



Essential Skills


Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, delivering data and AI-driven analytics solutions. Strong knowledge of GenAI technologies and their application in analytics, including automated insights, natural language querying, and AI-powered decision support systems. Experience working in a cross-functional environment to drive product vision, define requirements, coordinate resources, and guide teams through key milestones. Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design. Demonstrated ability to gather and convert diverse requirements into impactful product solutions powered by AI-driven analytics and automation. Ownership of the full product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, with a focus on quality, user satisfaction and AI innovation. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse groups on AI-driven product enhancements.
Preferred Experience


Familiarity with self-service analytics platforms and cloud-based environments like AWS. Experience scaling analytics tools to meet evolving business and user needs, particularly through GenAI capabilities.
Soft Skills


Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset. Ability to foster team collaboration and maintain high engagement in fast-paced AI-innovation focused environment. Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of responding to dynamic priorities. Willingness to challenge requirements and propose innovative solutions to meet business objectives.
Ensure that you adhere to the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) obligations for your role.


Identify and raise any non-compliance incidents promptly to your line manager. Challenge processes, policies and projects that will negatively impact compliance within the Group. Complete all mandatory compliance training assigned to you.
