Product Owner - Strategist Money Flows




Ebury London - 4 days in the office & 1 day working from home





Making payments to suppliers and providers around the world is still complex and expensive. With Ebury, our clients can make fast and convenient international payments to 130+ countries. Our next goal is to keep increasing our coverage, expand the options available to make payments, and make these instant where possible. Responsibilities:




Collaborate on the product strategy for the Money Flows Platform, focusing on subdomains such as Payment journeys, exotics and ops process improvements You will assess complex problems and needs applying critical thinking and data analysis, identifying frictions, bottlenecks and repetitive tasks that can be addressed with predictive models You will design new solutions or new processes from scratch to solve those complex issues: the sky is the limit. LLM and AI models are welcome Manage the end-to-end delivery of your designed initiatives, whilst identifying and executing improvements in current features and processes Technology will be your key stakeholder. You will support them in the development process and identify issues before releases Define, track, and monitor KPIs for product initiatives, making data-driven decisions and actions based on the results Communicate product performance against KPIs to relevant stakeholders within the organisation Develop and maintain a deep understanding of stakeholder (internal and external) needs and behaviours to design and deliver successful product outcomes. Collaborate with Technology and other stakeholders to define requirements, epics, and user stories. Support product commercialisation efforts, including proposition development, business case formulation, stakeholder training, and the creation of marketing collateral. Stay informed of market, industry, and regulatory trends in the payment space and Fintech that will guide Ebury's product decisions.

We are looking for:




A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy and execution within top-tier environments, either in corporate or startups At least 3 years in a consulting firm, or experience in a high-growth fintech or neobank Successful delivery of solutions in a fast-paced, agile organisation Proactive with exceptional organisational and project management skills Strong analytical abilities, capable of breaking down complex problems into manageable parts A history of grit, determination, and resourcefulness, coupled with a strong desire for professional development Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders without authority. An extremely social candidate with a great sense of humour will do fantastic in this team Domain knowledge or a keen interest in Payments, or FX
