We're looking for a Product Proposition Development Administrator to join our Workplace Savings team
This is a great opportunity to play a key role in shaping market-leading, compliant product propositions that support our Defined Contribution (DC) and Workplace Savings vision. What you'll be doing:
Supporting the development of products that meet the needs, characteristics and objectives of our target market
Demonstrating up-to-date knowledge of evolving products, propositions and regulatory changes
Ensuring product developments comply with internal and regulatory policies before launch
Undertaking Post Launch Reviews in line with governance processes
Contributing to IGC, Mastertrust and Consumer Duty reports to evidence value for money and good outcomes
Managing the Product Hub SharePoint site to ensure content is accurate and accessible
Supporting risk management by recording and reviewing risks with the Operational Risk team
Conducting customer research and product testing to ensure propositions meet customer needs
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
A 2:1 degree in any discipline
Curiosity and a desire to learn and innovate to deliver excellent customer outcomes
Knowledge of Workplace Savings products and relevant regulations (desirable)
Awareness of market dynamics and trends in the Workplace Savings space (desirable)
A passion for identifying opportunities to enhance customer support
Strong communication and organisational skills
A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams
Experience in a provider, asset manager or EBC environment with an understanding of corporate client needs (desirable)
