What you'll be doing:

Supporting the management of Workplace Savings products to meet customer needs Demonstrating up-to-date knowledge of products and regulatory developments Leading the scheduling and completion of Product Risk Reviews Conducting analysis of customer activity to identify indicators of harm Undertaking annual and ongoing reporting to maintain compliance Maintaining and approving product literature in line with Consumer Duty Supporting adherence to the Risk Management Framework Conducting customer research and product testing to ensure suitability

Qualifications

Who we're looking for:

Working towards professional qualifications such as CII or Prince2 (beneficial but not essential) Understanding Workplace Savings products and relevant regulations Awareness of market dynamics and evolving customer needs Experience in financial services, asset management or employee benefits consulting Strong analytical and organisational skills Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across teams Commitment to delivering good outcomes for customers Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
