As a Product Proposition Governance Apprentice, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products remain market-leading, compliant, and customer-focused. What you'll be doing:

Supporting the governance administration of Workplace Savings products Building knowledge of current propositions and regulatory developments Assisting with Product Risk Reviews in line with internal processes Analysing customer activity to identify indicators of potential harm Processing due diligence documentation and maintaining oversight of assets Updating and approving customer and adviser literature to meet regulations Recording and reviewing risks in partnership with the Operational Risk team Conducting customer research and product testing to meet Consumer Duty standards

Qualifications

Holding or working towards a 2:1 degree in any discipline Demonstrating curiosity and a desire to learn and innovate Showing awareness of Workplace Savings products and market dynamics Communicating clearly and working collaboratively across teams Paying attention to detail and managing tasks with care Understanding the importance of compliance and customer outcomes Being passionate about improving support for customers Bringing a proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
