Product Proposition Manager | S3 | Retail & Business Banking | Milton Keynes Country: United Kingdom Join our community. A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Business Banking product team within Everyday Banking as a Product Proposition Manager. It\xe2\x80\x99s a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing opportunities to shape and deliver some of the most strategic priorities of the Bank, so it\xe2\x80\x99s a great time to join and make a difference. This position has responsibility for influencing the strategic direction by developing and managing customer propositions and strategies for our business banking segment. It is a commercially orientated role with a strong emphasis on creating good outcomes for customers and the Bank. The difference you\xe2\x80\x99ll make.

• Support the development and launch of the new Business Banking proposition, strategies and initiatives ensuring regulatory compliance and executing robust risk identification, reporting and management.
• Driving key initiatives through to delivery, facilitating working groups, preparing reports, and presenting to senior management and meetings, as appropriate.
• Significant collaboration with stakeholders across the bank, agreeing clear ownership of actions and tracking through to completion.
• Ability to translate commercial, market and customer analysis / research into insight and business cases that are clear and compelling.
• Engaging, motivating, and developing a talented and diverse team.

• Experience of Product management.

This role is based in Milton Keynes and our current expectation is at least 2 days in an office every week. • Eligible for a discretionary performance-related annual bonus
• We put 8% of salary into your pension, even if you don\xe2\x80\x99t contribute yourself. We\xe2\x80\x99ll pay in up to 12.5% of salary, if you contribute as well, and you can take some of our contribution in cash if you prefer.
• 30 days\xe2\x80\x99 holiday plus bank holidays, which increases to 31 days after 5yrs service, with the option to purchase up to 5 contractual days per year
