Our Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs (PSRA) Department provides regulatory support ensuring that the end product is safe to use and handle, with the highest regard for people and the environment.

An opportunity has arisen for a Product Safety Advisor to join our Regulatory Affairs department. In this role, you will be responsible for providing regulatory services to the business sectors and manufacturing sites to enable compliance and marketability, considering new and existing Croda products. You will make a proactive contribution to defining how regulatory information is gathered, stored and communicated.

Essentials:
  • Educated to degree level within a scientific discipline
  • An understanding of what Product Safety and Regulatory Affairs is, and a desire to start or further your career in the field to show the value this function can bring to an organisation
  • You will be an intellectually curious individual who brings a new way of thinking and approaching problem solving to ensure efficient and effective communication of regulatory topics and issues
  • You will be a strong team player capable of building effective working relationships across functions within the company
  • You will possess excellent written and spoken communication skills and be well organised
  • You must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail
Desirables:
  • Experience of working within toxicology or environmental science or a regulatory field (chemicals or other)
  • Experience using SAP EHS
  • MSDS authoring potentially including exposure scenarios
