We are looking for a new member of the team to take on a very active role in assisting with the day-to-day running of the warehouse and Service Centre.

About the Role:

In this full-time role, you'll play a vital part in the daily operations of our warehouse and Service Centre. This is a highly varied position that combines hands-on responsibilities, customer interactions, and opportunities to develop technical expertise. For the right candidate, we offer full product training and the potential to earn certifications in Air Conditioning and Forklift Operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent support to customers via phone and email, troubleshooting and repairing faulty or damaged products. Prepare accurate quotations tailored to customer needs and communicate requirements to Sales Account Managers. Maintain and update the customer warranty database. Continuously enhance product knowledge to improve repair skills. Manage and coordinate busy delivery schedules. Organize office diaries and calendars efficiently. Arrange collections and dispatches with courier and haulage companies, using relevant software systems. Pack and dispatch orders with attention to detail. Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized warehouse while tracking goods in and out.

8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

New Milton, Hampshire, UK.

Employment Terms:

Full-time role with an initial probationary period.
