Role Overview.
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Product Specialist/ Therapist to join our growing team. In this client - facing role , you'll be responsible for assessing individual needs, recommending and prescribing tailored mobility and healthcare products, and supporting their purpose through education and training.
You will work closely with NHS and social care providers, private clients, and case management teams to ensure the best outcomes.
Key Responsibilities.
Conduct clinical assessments to identify clients healthcare and mobility needs
Recommend and prescribe suitable healthcare and mobility solutions, including wheelchair seating and postural support systems
Collaborate with NHS, social care services and private sector professionals.
Provide product training and support to clients, carers and professionals.
Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism.
Contribute to the continued development and improvement of services offered by Pearce Brothers Mobility.
Be motivated and flexible to be able to support the team with other responsibilities and roles
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in the healthcare/ mobility industry
Strong understanding of postural management and mobility solutions
Experience in assessing and prescribing wheelchair seating is highly desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Health/Therapy/Rehab degree is desirable but not essential depending on experience.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Have a full UK driving licence is essential.
