Job Summary



We're looking for a driven and dynamic Product Specialist to support the full lifecycle of our cutting-edge simulation platforms, from pre-sales demos to post-sales training and support. The ideal candidate for this role will have a dynamic background in technical, clinical, or field training. Prior clinical experience is highly valued, thus allowing the candidate to liaise intelligently with the various medical/clinical and industry professionals we work with. The team operates in a high-energy, fast-paced, collaborative environment and requires an individual to be flexible, self-motivated and passionate about problem solving. They will be a natural teacher, fast learner, self-disciplined, with high technical capabilities.





Key Responsibilities



Deliver on-site training and technical education for clinicians and end-users. Support sales and marketing teams (pre/post sale) through product demonstrations, training sessions, conferences, and strategic events. Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals of all levels. Understand internal processes and methodologies, gather feedback from the field in concise form and channel it to the relevant functions to facilitate constant improvement. Assisting customers and the Sales team when not traveling

Person Specification



Ideal candidates will be a confident communicator, a hands-on problem solver, and a natural teacher. The candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working across clinical, technical, and commercial domains.



We're particularly interested in candidates with:


A high degree of technical aptitude, ideally familiar with medical simulation or MIS technologies. A background in healthcare with clinical exposure. Able to handle multiple projects/tasks and shifting priorities independently with minimal supervision. Strong self-motivation, professionalism, and adaptability in multicultural, geographically distributed teams. Exceptional organisational, communication and presentation skills.

Several years of experience in a similar role:

Product Specialist / Clinical Product Specialist / Medical Device Sales / Field Sales / Product Trainer / Customer Success / Pre-sales / Post-Sales / Medical Simulation / Product Demonstration

Travel Requirements



Up to 50-60% travel

, both UK and international. Flexibility to support across regions, often at short notice.
