We're looking for a commercially minded and detail-focused Product Specialist to join our Buying team. You'll work closely with the Category Manager to guide the development of our rug collections from your assigned country of origin - working with suppliers from the likes of Turkey, India, China and beyond. This role sits at the heart of product development combining manufacturing knowledge, trend insight and team collaboration to deliver a commercially successful, well-balanced range.
We're Purpose-Driven. Since 1984, we've grown to become the largest in our sector and we've carried the same spirit with us every step of the way. We're proud of our diverse, passionate team and the way we collaborate to make things happen. Our carefully crafted rugs are the centrepieces that bring rooms and people together. And that togetherness is the very essence of who we are.
You'll Grow With Us. You'll gain in-depth knowledge of regional production techniques, collaborate across departments and build a strong foundation in product strategy and commercial performance. Whether you're supporting new launches or identifying range improvements, we'll support your growth at every step.
Your Voice Matters. We value people who bring insight, ask smart questions and offer ideas that make things better. If you're someone who cares about getting the details right and works well with others, you'll help us shape products with real purpose and appeal.
Bring your Flair. You've got a good understanding of how products are made and sold. You enjoy working with others to turn big ideas into working ranges, and you know how to balance creativity with commercial thinking. You're structured in your approach but flexible when needed and you're always looking for what's next.
