About you:
Working closely with healthcare organisations, you'll align product functionality with operational goals, drive business change, and ensure successful solution outcomes. You'll bring expertise in Electronic Patient Record (EPR) systems, particularly within mental health services, and guide clients through digital transformation and compliance.
Confident, adaptable, and collaborative, you're comfortable managing stakeholders, working remotely, and travelling to customer sites to build strong relationships and deliver hands-on support.
Day-to-day, you will:

  • Deliver remote and on-site support, including workshops and EPR system configuration tailored to healthcare service models.
  • Align product capabilities with customer goals, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with national standards (e.g. CQC, NICE, NHS frameworks), especially within mental health services.
  • Lead business change initiatives, developing transformation roadmaps and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to represent customer needs and influence product development.
  • Drive user adoption through discovery, training, workflow design, and continuous feedback to optimise outcomes.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
  • Direct experience with EPR system configuration and customization in healthcare environments.
  • Deep understanding of mental health frameworks, including CPA, Mental Health Act, and NICE guidelines.
  • Proven experience in business change management, stakeholder engagement, and readiness assessment.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and service structures across acute, community, and specialist care.
  • Background in healthcare tech as a Product Specialist, Implementation Consultant, or Change Consultant.
  • Skilled in designing SOPs, training materials, and benefit realisation plans to support transformation.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and a passion for driving innovation in healthcare delivery.
