Choosing a car can be overwhelming. Sometimes our customer just want answers without any sales talk. This is where the Specialist role comes in.
Product Specialist's are there to talk to our customers about anything Volvo. They know every piston, stitch and sensor on every model. Not only are they experts on technology, but also on the important questions such as "will my baby seat fit?" or "does it handle as well in the rain?".
Your profile
You'll be passionate and customer focussed with a desire to learn about the Volvo brand and products. Be excellent at building rapport with our customers and being able to communicate, sometimes technical information, in an engaging way.
You'll enjoy working in a varied and busy role, where no 2 days are the same from working through technical issues, talking through the "which car" dilemma or carrying out a thorough vehicle handover with our customers. The one thing that will be the same is the outstanding customer service delivered every day, to every customer.
You'll need
A full UK driving licence
Previous experience in a sales or retail environment
A passion for the motor industry & our products
Strong attention to detail with the ability to learn quickly
The ability to learn, use and demonstrate digital tools effectively
To be a team player who has a positive attitude & outlook
To be self-motivated & uses own initiative
Work schedule:
5.5 days per week, Monday to Saturday with a fixed day off during the week. Every other Sunday and Rota' d bank holidays.
Salary:
22,900 to 27,950 per year.
