We're currently seeking a

Product Specialist

to join our

Marketing team

, specialising in

Medium Active Wheelchairs

and

Specialist Seating

. This is a dynamic role for someone who's technically minded, clinically aware, and excited by the opportunity to shape product performance and support solutions that enhance lives every day.

About the Role



In this key position, you will work across two core product categories:

Medium Active Wheelchairs

(e.g., Invacare's Action range)

Specialist Seating & Positioning Solutions


You'll act as the go-to expert, delivering technical and clinical insight, supporting product development, and equipping internal and external stakeholders with the knowledge and tools they need.

Key Responsibilities



Product Management



Hands-on management of products, including updates to documentation and prescription forms. Support pre- and post-market surveillance activities. Analyse market trends to help shape and maintain a competitive portfolio.

Technical Support



Provide expert-level knowledge of the technical features and clinical applications of the products. Develop and maintain technical resources and tools to support sales and training. Collaborate with Category Management and business units to deliver exceptional product support.

Marketing Collaboration



Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Communications Manager to support product launches, campaigns, and events.

Clinical & Technical Insight



Leverage your clinical understanding to provide informed guidance across the business. Deliver training and support to healthcare professionals and internal teams. Ideally, you'll have experience in areas such as mobility, pressure care, or postural management.

Travel Requirements



Regular UK travel, including some overnight stays, is essential. Occasional international (EU/global) travel required. This is a

hybrid role

: part home-based, part office-based.

What We're Looking For



Degree-level qualification

(or equivalent) in Marketing, Product Management, Engineering/Medical Engineering or Business Experience in

product specialism/management

-- ideally within healthcare, rehab engineering, or clinical equipment. Strong technical and commercial awareness. Confident communicator with excellent written and IT skills. Full UK driving licence (essential). Willingness and ability to travel regularly (UK & EU).
