Bridgend Ford is looking for a

Product Specialist

to join our New Vehicle Sales Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-respected, family-run business and become an expert in one of the UK's best-known vehicle brands.

About the Role:

As a Bridgend Ford Product Specialist, you will be responsible for creating the best experience for our customers by service by helping customers find the perfect vehicle for their lifestyle and providing them with specialist product knowledge. You'll be an expert on our product range, guiding customers through every step of the buying journey with professionalism and enthusiasm - without the pressure of traditional sales targets. A Product Specialist takes great pleasure and pride in delighting customers at every opportunity, and you will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.

You'll work an average of

38 hours per week

, across a rota covering the business opening hours:

Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm

Saturday: 9am - 5pm

What You'll Be Doing:

Welcoming and engaging customers in the showroom and online Providing tailored vehicle product knowledge and guidance Supporting the customer throughout their journey, from enquiry to handover Managing customer enquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms Collaborating with the wider sales and handover team to deliver an exceptional experience Keeping up to date with the latest Ford innovations and models through manufacturer training

What We're Looking For:

A natural people person who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences Outstanding communication skills, both in person and over the phone Confident using digital platforms and comfortable with IT systems Ability to build rapport quickly and ask the right questions to understand customer needs A positive, inquisitive, and self-motivated attitude Full UK driving licence essential
