From bearings, belts, chains, and couplings to gearboxes and motors, our Power Transmission specialists provide technical advice, product selection, and bespoke solutions designed to improve performance, efficiency, and reliability.
Whether it's supporting day-to-day operations or delivering engineered upgrades, our team combines deep product knowledge with hands-on experience to solve real-world challenges and keep our customers one step ahead and shape the future of engineering excellence together.

About the Role:
Perform daily duties related to the Power Transmissions product group, such as Query Management, Inter-branch Transfers, Requisitions, Orders, Works Orders, Outstanding Orders, Quotes, Tender Responses, and Project Costing & Quotation
Provide viable price and delivery recommendations based on available system information
Resolve supplier issues on Delivery performance or returns, credits etc.
Monitor Shared Outlook Inbox, Monitor Personal Outlook Inbo
Help educate and build product power transmissions product knowledge within the branch network
Assist with order book to ensure accuracy of monthly targets, OTIF and business reporting requirements.
Supplier interaction/relationship building with core suppliers Eriks Branch Network.
Contribute towards continuous improvement by proactively making suggestions and taking the lead.
Assist and participate with any training needed - system and product training.
Hours of Work:
08.30am - 5.30pm - Monday to Friday
40 hours per week
1 hour break
Key Skills, Experience & Requirements:
Experience in an internal sales or customer service function
Desire & competence to deliver excellent customer service
Capable to provide product / commercial solutions
Ability to manage and prioritise own workload
Working knowledge of MS Office applications - Namely Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience in a technical biased role I.e. engineering, product, solution sales etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
Ability to work effectively individually and within a team in person and remotely
Flexible attitude with a curiosity to learn and develop
Focused on quality with an eye for detail.
