, contributing to high-quality patient care through excellent technical support.Key Responsibilities:
Provide
installation support
,system configuration
, andworkflow design
Deliveruser training
,technical troubleshooting
, andsoftware updates
Optimize system performance and ensurecustomer satisfaction
Assist withproduct demonstrations
,tender support
, andtechnical consultancy
Travel acrossScotland and North of England
to support customer sites*
Key Skills & Experience:
Strong background in
biomedical science
,medical laboratory diagnostics
, orclinical applications support
Solidanalytical

skills Ability to work independently and manage field-based responsibilities Excellent communication andcustomer-facing
skills Resilient, adaptable, and driven to deliver under preJob Type: Full-time
Pay: 265.00-305.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
Scotland: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
hospital or pathology lab: 1 year (required)
Willingness to travel:
* 25% (preferred)
