Product Specialist

Where: Hixon, Stafford (with UK & occasional international travel)

Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 depending on experience
Hours: Mon-Thu 08:00-17:00, Fri 08:00-15:45

What you'll do

Be the go-to expert on our product range

Deliver top-notch technical support pre- and post-sale

Train dealers and customers on best use and maintenance

Gather user feedback and shape future product development

Log and analyse enquiries using our CRM to support fast, effective solutions

What we're looking for

Experience in aftersales, customer service or technical role

Strong mechanical/technical know-how -- electric motors and controllers a plus

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Confident using Microsoft Office, CRM & ERP systems

Turf industry knowledge? That's a bonus
