What You'll Do:
Engage and Inspire:
Join our team of friendly faces in our showroom, providing personalised advice and creating memorable customer experiences. Whether in-person, over the phone, or via email, your communication skills will shine as you guide customers through the purchase process.
Operational Excellence:
Beyond customer interaction, you'll manage essential administrative tasks. From processing finance applications and approvals to creating detailed insurance valuations and managing our online product listings, your IT skills will keep our operations running smoothly.
Event Ambassador:
Represent us at flute events across the UK and internationally. From flute days to music trade shows, you'll be an enthusiastic ambassador, meeting new players, expanding your network and deepening your industry knowledge.
Team Collaboration:
Thrive in our close-knit team, where flexibility and effective communication are key. Your keen eye for detail and ability to work swiftly under pressure will ensure our high standards are consistently met.

We're looking for someone who is not just a great communicator, but a true woodwind enthusiast with a genuine desire to help customers find their musical match. Your ability to navigate various IT systems and your proactive approach to problem-solving will be crucial. You'll have a full, valid UK driving licence - if you're excited by the idea of travelling to music events and working in a bustling, music-filled environment, this role is perfect for you.
Part-Time (3 days per week, including Saturdays). Salary: competitive, depending on experience.
