Product Support Apprentice
someone ready to learn, grow, and become part of a team thats changing the future of mobility.
What Youll Do
As a Product Support Apprentice, youll be part of our technical powerhouse working alongside engineers, developers, and support specialists to ensure our products deliver real value to clients and users.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the product team with user queries, data analysis, and testing
Logging bugs, writing up documentation, and reviewing feedback from users
Assisting with onboarding and training resources for new platform features
Helping to maintain product release notes, support guides, and FAQs
Participating in system trials, QA testing, and post-release reviews
Completing structured learning and apprenticeship assignments with full support
What Youll Bring

Confidence using digital tools and learning new systems

GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths Grade 4/C or above
Eligibility for apprenticeship funding (well help with this)
