A permanent position has arisen in our Customer Success team for a Product Support Engineer based in King's Lynn. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Product Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and support. This role involves assisting customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing information on product features and benefits.

Responsibilities

Providing telephone technical support in the repair, use and application of garage equipment serviced, developed and supplied by Snap-on Diagnostics. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Promote additional products through upselling techniques while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. Stay updated on product knowledge to provide informed support.

Skills

Must have technical experience in mechanical, diagnostics and repair within the automotive industry. Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on phone etiquette. Ability to analyse information effectively and provide clear guidance to customers. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within a team environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service excellence.
