We have an exciting opportunity for a

Product Training

Lead

to join our Nestle Health Science team to lead the development and execution of product training strategies across all channels and brands, ensuring alignment with commercial and brand objectives. The Product Training Lead will act as a key liaison between the training team, sales teams, and key accounts to deliver impactful, consistent, and engaging training experiences that support the sell-in and sell through of our brands whilst enhancing our relationships with customers.

A day in the life of a Product Training Lead ...


Reporting to the Category Development & Product Training Director, you will lead the product training strategy across all channels and brands both externally and internally for the UK & Ireland market to support delivery of business objectives, including NNS and COP1 growth targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Training Strategy Development

: Design and implement training strategies that support all brands and channels. Ensure alignment with commercial goals and brand positioning

Training Resource Coordination:

Oversee the creation and distribution of training materials for field-based trainers. Ensure consistency and high quality in training delivery across all touchpoints

E-Learning Platform Management:

Lead the development and management of the e-learning platform (The Supplement). Ensure content is engaging, brand-aligned, and supports business objectives. Drive customer engagement with the platform

Sales Team Enablement:

Provide training and resources to support new product launches and promotional campaigns. Collaborate with Sales Managers to identify training needs and deliver solutions

Training Evaluation & Reporting:

Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness. Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders including line managers and Sales leadership

Team Leadership & Alignment:

Ensure the training team's objectives are aligned with departmental and company-wide goals. Provide leadership and guidance to Training Specialists, including performance management and goal setting.

What will make you successful



The successful candidate will bring a wealth of training experience ideally within the Nutrition/ health industry. A confident and inspiring presenter, you will be motivated to be part of a team, build great relationships within the team and with stakeholders, and be open to how we can continuously improve as a team. You will also have:

Minimum qualification BSc in relevant field such as nutrition or science or equivalent relevant experience Training experience including training needs analysis, setting learning objectives and assessment criteria preferred but not essential Retail experience preferred but not essential Excellent written communication skills, including scientific and consumer-friendly styles Excellent networking and relationship skills, internal, 3rd party and customer
