We are currently recruiting for a Production Admin Controller, to support the Logistics Office Manager to ensure a seamless production process. Issuing the correct paperwork in a timely manner to all production lines. You will be the first point of contact for the customer service department and the manufacturing team, to provide the highest level of customer service. Attention to detail is key for this role to avoid manufacturing errors and issues.
Main duties and responsibilities:

Control and manage Production documentation issued to manufacturing to achieve customer requirements
Communicate with Production management to ensure a seamless manufacturing process
Prepare reports as required
Action and answer Lead Time Improvement requests in a timely manner
Continuous updating of our ERP system
Liaise with purchasing / Customer Service ensuring effective communication with all key stakeholders within the business
Assist in the Despatch function - ensuring all labels and Desaptch notes are issued correctly
Prepare Export Documentation
Communicate with hauliers as required
Organise and attend a weekly meeting, presenting the manufacturing totals to the Production Management Team
Filing manufacturing paperwork accurately
Additional duties as assigned by your line manager and as the role requires
Essential experience:
Use of ERP/MRP Business Systems
Good Communicator with the ability to interact appropriately with all levels of the business
Ability to plan, organise and prioritise in a demanding environment, particularly at peak periods
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Basic competence in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook
Experience in a Manufacturing/Logistics or similar environment would be highly desirable but is not essential
Essential qualifications:
3 GCSE passes at Grade C or equivalent which are to include Maths and English
