Duties and Responsibilities



We are looking for a

Production & Assembly Technician

to join our dedicated Assembly team to assemble Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Solar containers, and hybrid power units within our dedicated production building. working from E-Plan and AutoCAD drawings.

Your Responsibilities



Production sub-assemblies for electrical panels, using hand tools.

Working from E-Plan and AutoCAD drawings to wire panels.

Mechanical assembly using hand tools provided.

Looming and crimping to a high standard

Working collaboratively with the Assembly Team to meet production targets

The Person We Are Looking For:



We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys mechanical and electrical assembly and takes pride in hands-on work.

You are likely to have experience repairing, modifying, or tinkering with cars, bikes, or other equipment, or you simply enjoy DIY projects and making things in your spare time.

You should feel confident using a range of hand tools and have a practical, problem-solving mindset.

Ideally, you will:

Be comfortable reading and following technical drawings (training can be provided)

Have good attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work

Be eager to learn new skills and contribute to a team environment

Take satisfaction in building or assembling products from start to finish

Be reliable, proactive, and safety-conscious in your approach

Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage but is

not

essential.

Requirements for the Role



Qualifications and experience



Full training will be provided, although experience within a similar role would be an advantage

Knowledge and technical skills



An interest in electrical (220v AC or 12v DC)

Mechanical maintenance /repairs/manufacturing experience using hand tools (beneficial)
