Role Overview



To provide efficient administrative support to the Production and Delivery teams, ensuring all production orders, scheduling, and delivery documentation are accurately processed to maintain smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:



Liaise with production supervisors and team leaders regarding job progress and priorities. Prepare delivery paperwork including delivery notes, packing lists, and shipping labels. Coordinate with delivery drivers and external couriers to organise timely dispatch. Update customers with delivery schedules where required. Maintain accurate records of completed production jobs and deliveries. Assist with data entry for production outputs and delivery KPIs. Resolve delivery queries or issues in a timely and professional manner. Support wider administrative duties within the production and logistics departments as required.

Education and Experience



Previous experience in an administrative role within a production, manufacturing, or logistics environment is desirable. Experience working with delivery scheduling or production planning systems is advantageous. Minimum GCSEs or equivalent; further administrative or business qualifications are beneficial.

Key Competencies



Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Confident communication skills to liaise with production teams, drivers, and customers. Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook Problem-solving mindset with initiative to improve processes. Team player with a flexible approach to workload.

Pay: 12.61-14.19 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
