The Opportunity

Lead and develop production teams across your area/shift Ensure safety, quality, and performance KPIs are consistently achieved Drive a positive, people-first culture in line with Samworth Brothers' values Be a champion for continuous improvement and operational best practice Oversee health & safety, people development, food safety and efficient production

Experience in High Care or Chilled food manufacturing Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire teams HACCP Level 3, Food Safety Level 3 & IOSH (training provided if needed) A solution-focused mindset and proactive ownership of challenges Excellent communication and planning skills
