Production Assembler Stores, Kitting And First Aider
Job Description
We require an enthusiastic , responsible, experienced, hardworking Production Assembler to join our busy, expanding, Production Dept.
Duties include:
-electrical wiring
-assembly of electrical and electronic products
-soldering
-some assembly of woodwork/metalwork/plastic
Previous experience preferred. Please state any previous relevant experience in: woodworking, practical assembly work, electrical wiring, use of CNC machine, drill, screwdrivers, soldering...this could be experience of making things for a hobby. This is precision work and you must have an eye for detail.
Please include any relevant experience even if gained elsewhere and not through a working environment.
We are looking for a
practical "hands on" person

Please note that this is a
new, hybrid, role
to include also helping out when needed in thekitting department
- counting out and picking parts for kits, also somepacking
when needed to cover staff holidays and absences.The successful applicant will also be expected to undertake the
First Aider role
, and so be happy to assist if and when needed, to maintain First Aid training (training course will be provided as needed) and also to maintain the contents of the First Aid Boxes.
