Production Assistant and Sample Coordinator to join our team in

MORE ABOUT THE ROLE AND TEAM


The Production Assistant & Sample Coordinator plays a key role in supporting all aspects of photo and video production across campaigns, e-commerce, and social content. This position is responsible for managing the product samples, ensuring tracking, preparation, and movement across teams and shoots. The role also provides essential production coordination--including scheduling, logistics, equipment setup, talent booking, and on-set support--to enable smooth, timely, and high-quality creative output. Additionally, the position oversees file and asset management, ensuring all visual materials are properly organised, named, stored, and distributed. Success in this role requires exceptional organisation, attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while collaborating closely with Marketing, Creative, Product, Wholesale and external production partners.

Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to brand standards Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Effective time management with the ability to work to tight deadlines Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities Experience managing and organising large volumes of image files Strong communication and collaboration skills across internal and external teams Flexibility and agility within fast-paced production environments Additional training or education related to production, fashion, or creative operations (not required but advantageous)
ARE YOU THE ONE?

We seek someone with most of the following:



Previous experience in a production or coordination role within the fashion industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production-related tools (shot lists, call sheets, budgeting, file management) Experience with invoice management and budgeting processes
