One-year fixed contract (maternity cover)
We're looking for a motivated Production Assistant to join our dynamic and multiskilled Production team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across publishing and digital media in a global company.
What you'll be doing:
Overseeing the production of our digital publications, from planning and scheduling to delivery, coordinating with designers, editors, sales teams, and technical colleagues.
Assisting the digital advertising team by preparing email newsletters and setting up campaigns across our websites.
What we're looking for:
Interest in Publishing & Digital Media: A genuine interest in publishing, technology, and digital media trends.
Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, including placements or internships would be beneficial.
Initiative & Attention to Detail: An adaptable learner with strong initiative and a keen eye for detail.
Organisation & Project Management: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
Communication & Relationship-Building: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with internal teams and stakeholders.
Software Skills (Desirable): Comfortable using tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, Excel and Google Suite.
CMS Experience (Desirable): Familiarity with content management systems.
HTML Knowledge (Desirable): Basic understanding of HTML for digital publishing tasks.
