This is a 6-months fixed term contract. For this role, candidates must be able to work
flexible shifts
, including days (7:30 am - 3:00 pm) and nights (10:15 pm - 7:30 am).

Enhancing Safety Standards: By stopping work to report major injury hazards and adhering to HSE standards, you'll ensure a safer workplace, preventing accidents and promoting a culture of safety in turbocharger assembly.
Minimizing Environmental Impact: Your efforts to recognize and mitigate environmental impacts will help the company adhere to environmental regulations and promote sustainable manufacturing practices.
Upholding Quality Procedures: Adhering to quality standards and performing inspections will ensure that turbochargers meet high-quality benchmarks, reducing defects and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Boosting Production Efficiency: Operating both manual and automated equipment efficiently will help meet production goals and maintain the required cycle times, directly impacting the company's output and efficiency.
Maintaining Equipment: Performing routine maintenance and identifying equipment issues will reduce downtime and ensure smooth operation, leading to consistent and reliable production.
Contributing to Continuous Improvement: Actively participating in training and personal development, and engaging in process improvements, will drive overall quality and efficiency enhancements in turbocharger assembly.
Fostering Team Collaboration: Effective communication with your team and support staff will improve coordination, streamline processes, and enhance problem-solving capabilities, contributing to a more cohesive work environment.
Ensuring Clean and Orderly Work Areas: Keeping your work area organized and performing housekeeping tasks will maintain a productive and safe workspace, supporting both individual and team performance.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Flexible Shifts
: Be prepared to work day and night shifts for turbocharger assembly as needed.
Manufacturing Knowledge
: Apply and adapt manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality in turbocharger assembly.

: Meet commitments and ensure high standards in turbocharger assembly by holding yourself and others accountable.
Safety Commitment
: Proactively address and report safety issues to maintain a safe environment in turbocharger assembly.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulation.
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
