: Production Co-ordinator
Reports To: Head of Creative
Hours: Full time, 9.00 am - 5.00 pm. Onsite
Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 (depending on experience)

Duties & responsibilities
Brand guardianship - Cross check and proof asset content with the Creative Team, when required, to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand standards
Thoroughly interrogate briefs to ensure they are clear and actionable for the Creative Team, reducing the potential for rework and delays, ensuring all assets are supplied
Serve as the central point of contact for all creative project requests, ensuring clarity of objectives and seamless communication between clients and studio teams
Active monitoring and management of all workflows and live lists - Manage daily scheduling and resource allocation, matching team members' skills with project needs and forecasting freelance requirements as needed
Chairing weekly Production Meetings and subsequent reporting - take minutes, and ensure all actions are recorded, shared, assigned owners, and executed efficiently - for relevant PMS projects, tracking progress, resourcing assets, managing stakeholder expectations, and analysing project progression
Troubleshooting to ensure effective creative artwork production
Supplier liaison - acquiring all essential assets for the creative department, supplying approved artwork for production, procuring essential assets
Collation of all assets to effectively commence artwork projects
Responsible for ensuring all artwork projects progress through the workflow system effectively, effectively monitoring the production process for all work
Discover opportunities to drive efficiencies of processes and ways of working improvements, implementing actions through a continuous improvement plan
Identify and communicate risks throughout projects, escalating issues as required to maintain project timelines and quality
Manage the end-to-end product artwork production process, from receiving the initial brief to creation, print, and delivery to the warehouse
Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks, implementing solutions that enhance productivity, creativity, and operational consistency
Monitor and analyse studio utilisation, billable hours, and operational performance, providing insights to optimise profitability and meet revenue targets
Foster a supportive, collaborative, and innovative studio environment that promotes excellence in all creative outputs
Proof-checking of artwork - ensuring all essential components are in place and type and symbols are correct
End-to-end fulfilment, from concept to delivery oversight - presentation decks, sales promos, marketing collateral, e-commerce, social media support and any other assets to support product launches
Event production co-ordination
Skill set
Creative studio workflow management systems - Mondays.com, Click Up, Jira or
similar
Microsoft Office
Effective project management skills - proven experience in project or resource
management within a creative environment (inhouse experience highly preferred).
Experience with project management and resource scheduling tools.
Excellent organisational, multitasking, and prioritisation abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage resources and schedules for multiple projects
simultaneously.
Proactive problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
