The Role
Working closely with multiple departments, you will play a key role in ensuring production and deliveries run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
Assigning delivery dates to new customer orders
Issuing jobs to the shop floor in line with targets set by the Production Management team
Carrying out general production administration tasks
Liaising with Production Management, Transport, Sales, and other internal departments
Communicating with customers and providing excellent customer service support
About You
We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and enjoys working as part of a team. You will ideally have:
Good computer skills (full training will be provided on our bespoke in-house systems)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach
A customer-focused attitude, confident in handling queries and providing updates via phone and email
Experience in the window industry and/or production administration or planning (advantageous but not essential)
