Who We Are

Consolite Technology was established in 1980 to design and manufacture specialised military lighting products, specifically Night Vision compatible lighting. What You'll Do

Act as the first point of contact for the production team when technical or design issues arise during build. Troubleshoot and resolve product, tooling, or assembly problems to keep production running smoothly. Review and update engineering drawings, build instructions, and specifications to support real-time manufacturing needs. Work closely with production and design team to diagnose issues and implement practical solutions. Collaborate with design, quality, and manufacturing engineering teams to drive continuous improvement. Identify root causes of recurring build challenges and propose design or process changes to prevent them. Provide hands-on support during prototype builds and production trials to ensure manufacturability and quality. Help other members of the team to develop their skills and understanding.

What You Need to Have

Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally in an engineering-focused role. Strong problem solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve build or assembly issues under time pressure. Ability to read and understand technical literature and drawings including CAD models. A practical, hands on approach to design Ability to work to ISO 9001:2015 standards. Working understanding of PCB's. Working knowledge of Electrical Assembly's. Driving License or ability to get to rural location..
