Britten-Norman is seeking a Production Director who is highly skilled and experienced in aerospace manufacturing and also passionate, inspirational, and driven to lead a dynamic team in the production of new aircraft, parts, and associated engineering support activities.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have a vision for continuous improvement, a deep commitment to operational excellence, and a clear focus on customer satisfaction. As Production Director, you will lead the manufacturing process from the initial design stage through to the final delivery of aircraft and parts, overseeing all production operations while fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative company culture.

The Production Director will be responsible for ensuring compliance to Part 21G regulation across all activities and be able to hold the Form 4 position for the approval.###
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Project management.
Management in an SME.
Managing fitters/mechanics/technicians.
Significant manufacturing experience, ideally including low volume, low tech, high skill manufacturing operations.
Operating in a Part 21 environment.
Degree or similar level of education
Project management qualification would be desirable.
Engineering, Aerospace or Business Management Degree would be desirable.
