As a

Dispatch Operator

, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of finished goods leaving production. From coordinating with production teams to organising outbound deliveries, you'll help maintain the critical link between our factory and our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

A starting rate of 14.06 per hour Weekly pay This is a permanent position

Shift Pattern

This position follows a 24/5 shift pattern that involves providing operations 24 hours a day, five days a week, from Sunday to Friday, allowing for a continuous workflow during the working week while employees receive two consecutive days off each weekend

.

Shifts rotate between

8 and a half hour days and night shifts

. The pattern runs over a

3

-week cycle

, giving a balance of work and rest. Over the cycle, this results in an

average of 41.5 hours per week.

Shift Times

Night:

22:00 - 06:15 (Sunday - Thursday)

Morning:

06:00 - 14:15 (Monday - Friday)

Afternoon:

14:00 - 22:15 (Monday - Friday)

What skills are we looking for?

Work independently in a busy, physical, and active environment. A team player who collaborates well with others. Ability to work an 8 hour shifts. Support your team during busy periods, being flexible and adaptable when needed. Basic/Good PC skills. Take health and safety seriously.
