UK Production Engineer

Your Mission:

Smart process design and breakthrough automation Embedded quality systems and zero-defect thinking Epicor MES-powered insights for real-time decisions Industry 4.0/5.0 integration, from robotics to AI-driven process control

What You'll Lead:

Cycle time & yield improvements, scrap reduction Design of jigs and fixtures Predictive maintenance, poka-yoke, and smart inspection systems Continuous improvement with Kaizen, SMED, 5S, and Six Sigma Seamless NPI launches with robust PFMEA and manufacturability focus

What You Bring:

Proven experience in high-volume, quality-critical production Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM and automation Degree-qualified (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering) Strong CAD (AutoCAD/SolidWorks) skills for jig & fixture design Bonus: Experience in Tier 1 Automotive/Aerospace, IATF 16949 or AS9100
