Production Engineer (with Cad)

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Process Design and Optimization:
Designing and developing efficient manufacturing processes, including production layouts, workflows, and equipment selection.
Quality Control:
Ensuring that products meet defined quality standards and implementing quality control measures throughout the production process.
Equipment Management:
Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production equipment and machinery.
Safety Compliance:
Ensuring that all production activities adhere to relevant safety regulations and protocols.
Collaboration:
Working closely with other engineers, production staff, and stakeholders to ensure smooth production operations.
Training and Support:
Providing training and technical support to production personnel on new processes and equipment.
Cost Management:
Identifying opportunities to reduce production costs and improve profitability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as CAD/CAM, simulation software, and data analysis tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and quality standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
