What will you be doing?




As a

Production Engineering Coordinator

, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day production operations while driving continuous improvement initiatives.


You will act as the central link between manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams -- ensuring production instructions are accurate, new product introductions are seamless, and technical issues are resolved efficiently.


Your contributions will help optimize manufacturing processes, maintain product quality, and support the implementation of new technologies.

Your main responsibilities will be:



Manage technical documentation and administration, including creating and updating manufacturing instructions and SAP process routers. Support new product introductions through SAP administration and coordination with engineering and production teams. Apply structured problem-solving methods (5Y, A3, 8D) to address production challenges and prevent recurrence. Contribute to risk analysis and process improvement activities, including PFMEA updates and reviews. Provide support for production deviations, troubleshooting issues and coordinating corrective actions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production workflows and accurate technical documentation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance in manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

Qualifications:



Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or a related engineering discipline. Experience in production engineering, manufacturing support, or technical administration. Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems for process management. Knowledge of structured problem-solving techniques (5Y, A3, 8D) and process risk analysis (PFMEA).

Desirable Skills:



Hands-on experience supporting new product introductions. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and deviation management. Knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
