Production Group Leader
Job Description
As Production Group Leader you will have responsibility for the operations of your shift. Shifts operate on a 3-shift rotation 5 days per week.
Your role will be to maximise operational effectiveness through the optimal use of shift manpower, machinery, material and methods with commitment to quality, productivity, safety and employee engagement. You will ensure your production area is kept tidy and well maintained, and is running safely, efficiently, at maximum capacity and that all KPI's for your shift are on target while contributing to the overall Weaving Department.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
:2+ years experience at supervisory/team lead/senior operative preferably within manufacturing
Organisation and Time Management:
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.IT Skills:
Proficiency in using ERP and CRM software and other business applications.Technical Skills:
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and production planning with the ability to grasp technical concepts and techniques associated with Carpet manufacturingLeadership Skills:
Ability to lead a team and motivate your shiftCommunication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.Problem-solving Skills:
Ability to identify and resolve production issues efficiently.Results Driven:

Schedule:
8 hour shift Monday to Friday
