In this role, you'll:

- Drive Our Plans: Propel our weekly production plans, ensuring tasks are completed and challenges are met head-on. Your proactive approach will drive our success.

- Empower Our Team: Collaborate closely with our operatives, providing clear direction, insightful feedback, and vital coaching to elevate performance and foster growth.

- Ensure Excellence: Oversee compliance checks to guarantee our site adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices and BRC requirements, maintaining the highest standards in everything we do.

- Collaborate for Success: Work alongside engineering and quality teams to ensure that any breakdowns and non-conformances are swiftly addressed and resolved, keeping our operations running smoothly.

What you bring to the table:

- A hands-on mindset, paired with accountability and confidence to engage with team members at all levels.- Comfort in both the production area and with the records and support systems that keep everything flowing seamlessly.

- A knack for process improvement and a sharp eye for identifying who's excelling and who could use a little extra support

- A readiness to roll up your sleeves when necessary, ensuring everyone is aligned with our operational goals.

- A minimum of two years' experience within BRC frameworks or the food industry, equipping you with the insights to lead effectively.
